Location

My private practice is based in Lisbon and Oeiras, Portugal, offering in-person sessions as well as online therapy globally across the EU, UK, UAE, South Africa, Singapore, and other compatible time zones.

All sessions are held in full confidentiality.

Availability

May 2026 update -  there is currently availability for new clients.

Fee

Individual and couples sessions: 60 minutes, €100

Sessions take place weekly. I do not offer sessions spaced further apart.

Payment is requested at least 48 hours in advance via mbway / Revolut. 

​

Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations of less than 48 hours, is an normal payment (unless the reason is an emergency).
